Scott E. Hartley is a partner in Fox, Shjeflo, Hartley & Babu LLP. His practice emphasis includes business and real estate matters in both transactions and litigation, elder law, and estate planning, decedent's estates, probate administration, trust administration, conservatorship and guardianship.

Scott serves on the Board of Directors of the Peninsula Jewish Community Center (past president), serves on the Board of Governors of the Jewish Community Federation, is a member and Past-President of the Rotary club of Burlingame, is a member of the Adult Abuse Prevention Coalition of San Mateo County, is a scholar with Wexner Heritage Program, and is a member of the Bioethics Committee of Mills-Peninsula Health Services.
